I'm getting excited now. It's the last month of school for me and I can't wait to finish. I'll definitely miss it though since I love my teacher. She's awesome and I've learned a lot from her.
And on a good note, we learned that not only will our school pay for two tries for the exam to be certified as a massage therapist BUT they are also paying for not just one but THREE years of licensing including the finger printing, background checks, etc we have to do. That's like a $500 value for us they're paying. Can you say awesome?
Right now we don't have to be licensed in my state but as of New Year's Day of 2011 we will have to be. So I'm definitely going to be working on doing my exam and passing it. Yay!
But the one thing I will not miss is that they decided on our last month to change curriculum and my school (of all the company schools across the nation and in Canada) we're the pilot for it. UGH! And here's the kicker: they've renamed homework. It is no longer called homework but rather 'student deliverables'. WTF? My teacher said that someone was paid big bucks to come up with that freaking word. O__O I mean seriously? Student deliverables? Can't it just stay homework? *shakes head* Fail....epically.

Congrats on finishing up.. LoL Deliverables...I agree it's bloody homework... People over analyze things and try to make things that should be simple into a big deal.. This is why I am always happy when I am in third world countries..S>i>M>P>L>I>C>I>T>Y
